2006 EFF is back by popular demand! Binta is a seven-year-old girl
who lives in a charming village in southern Senegal. She admires
her father, a humble fisherman. He’s concerned about the develop.m.ent
of mankind and has an idea to help. Take this journey through the
heart of Senegal as Binta’s father takes his idea from the
local municipality, to the county government and on to the President
of Senegal!
